Retiree RHA Plan. The Retiree RHA Plan will be a retiree-only plan available to Employees who retire or leave the Company for any other reason on and after the Effective Date of this Agreement. When an Employee leaves the Company for any reason, the Employee will become an active participant in the Retiree RHA Plan and may use the funds in their Retiree Account to pay for qualified medical expenses under Section 213(d) of the Internal Revenue Code. Funds in an Employee’s Retiree Account cannot be transferred to an Active Account (e.g., in the event of rehire).

  • RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN Effective, December 24, 2006, or as soon as administratively possible, the County shall establish a retiree health savings plan (RHSP) by contributing an amount of $25.00 to the employee’s RHSP each biweekly pay period.

  • Retiree Medical Benefits If Executive is or would become fifty-five (55) or older and Executive's age and service equal sixty-five (65) and Executive has at least five (5) years of service with the Company within two (2) years of Change in Control, Executive is eligible for retiree medical benefits (as such are determined immediately prior to Change in Control). Executive is eligible to commence receiving such retiree medical benefits based on the terms and conditions of the applicable plans in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control.

  • Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:

  • Retiree Medical Employee shall be eligible for lifetime medical coverage, upon retirement, subject to the monthly payment limit of the Kaiser Plan premium amount for an employee and spouse. Eligibility for lifetime medical is subject to the Employee completing five (5) years of continuous service at the level of Department Head or above and retiring from the City of Fontana as an annuitant of the Public employees Retirement System (PERS). Employee shall cease to be eligible for lifetime medical coverage paid by the City if the Employee reinstates as an active member of PERS or otherwise fails to meet the PERS definition of an annuitant.

  • Retiree Health Benefits 1. There is currently in effect a retiree health benefit program for retired members of LACERS under LAAC Division 4, Chapter 11. All covered employees who are members of LACERS, regardless of retirement tier, shall contribute to LACERS four percent (4%) of their pre-tax compensation earnable toward vested retiree health benefits as provided by this program. The retiree health benefit available under this program is a vested benefit for all covered employees who make this contribution, including employees enrolled in LACERS Tier 3.

  • WELFARE PLAN Section 1: The Plan There shall be a Welfare Plan pursuant to the terms and conditions of Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement. Membership in the Plan for all eligible employees shall be a condition of employment on and after July 1, 1973.

  • Retiree Benefits Employees retiring on or after January 1, 2006 will be eligible for retiree benefits as presented to the Union Negotiation Committee during discussions for renewal of the Collective Agreements that expired December 31, 2002.

  • Retirement Savings Plan Within fifteen (15) days after the date of Termination of Employment, the Company shall pay to Employee a cash payment in an amount, if any, necessary to compensate Employee for the Employee’s unvested interests under the Company’s retirement savings plan which are forfeited by Employee in connection with the Termination of Employment.

  • Retirement Plan The 2.7% at 55 retirement plan will be available to eligible bargaining unit members covered by this Section 6.1.1.

  • Same Sex Benefit Coverage An employee who co-habits with a person of the same sex, and who promotes such person as a "spouse" (partner), and who has done so for a period of not less than twelve (12) months, will be eligible to have the person covered as a spouse for purposes of Medical, Extended Health, and Dental benefits.
