Common use of Retirees Benefits Clause in Contracts

Retirees Benefits. Effective upon May 1, 2019 the Employer agrees to pay eighty cents ($0.80) per hour based on all hours earned, into the Universal Workers Union Local 183 Retiree Benefit Trust Fund for the purposes of purchasing benefits for retirees. Effective May 1, 2020 the Employer agrees to pay ninety cents ($0.90) per hour based on all hours earned into said fund. Effective May 1, 2021, the Employer agrees to pay one dollar ($1.00) per hour based on all hours earned into said fund.

Retirees Benefits. Effective upon May 1, 2019 2022 the Employer agrees to pay eighty one dollar and ten cents ($0.801.10) per hour based on all hours earned, into the Universal Workers Union Labourer’s Local 183 Retiree Benefit Trust Fund for the purposes of purchasing benefits for retirees. Effective May 1April 30, 2020 2023 the Employer agrees to pay ninety one dollar and twenty cents ($0.901.20) per hour based on all hours earned into said fund. Effective May 1April 28, 20212024, the Employer agrees to pay one dollar and thirty cents ($1.001.30) per hour based on all hours earned into said fund.

Retirees Benefits. Effective upon May 1, 2019 2016 the Employer agrees to pay eighty fifty cents ($0.800.50) per hour based on all hours earned, into the Universal Workers Union Local 183 Retiree Benefit Trust Fund for the purposes of purchasing benefits for retirees. Effective May 1, 2020 2017 the Employer agrees to pay ninety sixty cents ($0.900.60) per hour based on all hours earned into said fund. Effective May 1, 20212018, the Employer agrees to pay one dollar seventy cents ($1.000.70) per hour based on all hours earned into said fund.
