Common use of Retirement Provision Clause in Contracts

Retirement Provision. A. The employee employed on a part-time basis shall receive the retirement credit he/she would receive if he/she were employed on a full-time basis and have his/her retirement allowance based on the salary that he/she would have received if employed on a full-time basis. B. The employee and the District shall contribute to the Teacher’s Retirement Fund the amount that would have contributed if the member were employed on a full-time basis. The employee’s share shall be withheld from his/her monthly warrant as it is presently being done. C. Employees in the program who reach the age 65 during the school year may continue through that school year.
