RETRAINING AND REDUNDANCY. Subject to this clause and conditional on approval of this Enterprise Agreement, the parties acknowledge that this Enterprise Agreement is made and entered into on the basis that the process for dealing with changes to workforce composition and managing excess employees: redeployment, retraining and redundancy as detailed in Appendix 1 will apply to agencies and employees party to this Enterprise Agreement effective from the date of approval by SAET.
