Return from Leave in Excess of One Year. Unless otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement, an employee returning from a leave of absence in excess of one (l) year shall, to the extent possible, be permitted to return to the position he/she occupied when he/she began his/her leave. The Employer shall not, however, be required to displace any employee, but in the event his/her position has been filled, he/she shall be placed on a preferential hiring list.
