RETURN FROM LEAVE PROCEDURE. A. A teacher on leave for at least a semester shall be required to notify the office of Superintendent in writing, not less than ninety calendar days prior to the expiration of leave, whether he desires to return to employment or to extend his leave. A teacher not conforming to the notice requirement may have his employment terminated. Tenure teachers will be notified of the intent to terminate under the conditions established in the State School Code.
