Return of Proprietary Materials. Upon termination of his employment with the Company, all equipment, models, prototypes, designs, plans, drawings, documents, procedural manuals, specifications, guides and similar materials, records, notebooks and similar repositories of or containing Confidential Information or Inventions, including all whether prepared by Executive or others, will be left with or promptly returned by Executive to the Company.
Return of Proprietary Materials. Upon completion of the activities for which the Pfizer Proprietary Materials have been provided, or upon expiration or termination of this Agreement or the applicable Research Plan, if earlier, CytomX shall, at Pfizer’s option, either destroy or return to Pfizer all unused Pfizer Proprietary Materials, provided that if any materials provided by Pfizer to CytomX include both CytomX Proprietary Materials and Pfizer Proprietary Materials, then such materials shall be destroyed. Upon completion of the activities for which the CytomX Proprietary Materials have been provided, or upon expiration or termination of this Agreement or the applicable Research Plan, if earlier, Pfizer shall, at CytomX’s option, either destroy or return to CytomX all unused CytomX Proprietary Materials, provided that if any materials provided by CytomX to Pfizer include both CytomX Proprietary Materials and Pfizer Proprietary Materials, then such materials shall be destroyed. For clarity, however, the foregoing obligation shall not apply to Agreement Probodies Targeting a Research Project Target for which Pfizer exercises its Option.
Return of Proprietary Materials. Upon termination or expiration of the Term, each Party receiving the other Party’s Materials hereunder shall, either destroy or return all unused Materials to the providing Party.

If materials are destroyed, Cadila shall provide Novavax with a certificate of an officer of Cadila as to such destruction.
Return of Proprietary Materials. Upon termination of the License for any reason, Licensee and Sublicensees shall immediately deliver to Interline (or otherwise dispose of in accordance with Interline's reasonable instructions) any and all Proprietary Materials in the possession or control of Licensee or any Sublicensee or any of their employees or independent contractors. Licensee and Sublicensees shall then certify in writing delivered to Interline that the foregoing has been fully accomplished.
Return of Proprietary Materials. At the end of the relationship with CMME or a COLOR ME MINE® Confidant, Confidant must surrender to CMME all materials considered proprietary by CMME, technical or non-technical, whether or not copyrighted, which relate to Trade Secrets, Confidential Information or conduct of the operations of CMME. Confidant expressly acknowledges that any such materials of any kind given to him or her are and will remain the sole property of CMME.
Return of Proprietary Materials. Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, THINC shall, at Synetic's election, return such Synetic Proprietary Materials in THINC's possession to Synetic, or certify to Synetic that such Synetic Proprietary Materials have been destroyed. The THINC Proprietary Materials are and will remain THINC's property and, upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, Synetic will, at THINC's election, return such THINC Proprietary Materials in Synetic's possession to THINC, or certify to THINC that such THINC Proprietary Materials have been destroyed.
