Return to Classroom. A Bargaining Unit member who returns (voluntarily or involuntarily) to the classroom as a teacher will receive salary and other conditions of employment under the provisions of Michigan Teacher Tenure Act. Section J - PLACEMENT OF NON-CERTIFIED MEMBERS Non-certified exempt employees can be assigned by the Superintendent to vacant positions for which they qualify within the Bargaining Unit.
