Returned Payment. Tenant will pay Landlord $50.00 for each payment Tenant tenders to Landlord which is returned or not honored by the institution on which it is drawn for any reason, plus any late charges until Landlord receives payment. Tenant must make any returned payment good by paying such amount(s) plus any associated charges in certified funds.

Returned Payment. You agree to pay a fee of up to $40 for each returned payment. The returned payment fee will not exceed the Total Minimum Payment and will never exceed the amount of the payment being returned.
Returned Payment. If you make a payment on your Account (i) with a check and that check is not honored by the financial institution on which it is drawn or (ii) by an electronic debit entry to a bank account (autopay) and the entry is returned unpaid, we may charge you a fee of $35.
Returned Payment. Up to $40. If you make a payment that is returned unpaid the first time we present it to your bank, the fee is $29. If you do this again within the same billing period or the next 6 billing periods, the fee is $40. However, the returned payment fee on a billing statement will not exceed the Amount Due (or Minimum Payment Due, if applicable) on your prior billing statement. Returned Check: $38 if you use your card to cash a check at one of our approved locations and the check is returned unpaid. We will also charge you the unpaid amount. Account Re-opening: $25 if your Account is cancelled, you ask us to re-open it, and we do so.
Returned Payment. If a payment rejects or is returned, you authorize us and/or the third party processor (at our or its sole option and discretion) to (i) notify you, (ii) resend payment, (iii) re-credit the payment account if payment amount has been debited or (iv) take other action deemed appropriate by us and/or the third party processor.
Returned Payment. To the extent the Lender or MLPF&S receives any payment with respect to the Obligations, the Facility or this Agreement, and all or any part of such payment is subsequently invalidated, declared to be fraudulent or preferential, set aside or required to be repaid by the Lender or MLPF&S or paid over to a trustee, receiver or any other entity, whether under any Bankruptcy law or otherwise (any such payment is hereinafter, referred to as a "Returned Payment"), then this Agreement shall continue to be effective or shall be reinstated, as the case may be, to the extent of such payment or repayment by the Lender or MLPF&S, and, the indebtedness or part thereof intended to be satisfied by such Returned Payment shall be revived and continued in full force and effect as if said Returned Payment had not been made.
Returned Payment. To the extent the Buyer receives any payment with respect to the Obligations, the Notes or this Agreement, and all or any part of such payment is subsequently invalidated, declared to be fraudulent or preferential, set aside or required to be repaid by the Buyer or paid over to a trustee, receiver or any other entity, whether under any bankruptcy law or otherwise (any such payment being hereinafter referred to as a “Returned Payment”), this Agreement shall continue to be effective or shall be reinstated, as the case may be, to the extent of such payment or repayment by the Buyer, and the indebtedness or part thereof intended to be satisfied by such Returned Payment shall be revived and continued in full force and effect as if such Returned Payment had not been made.
Returned Payment. If your payment by check is returned, your payment via credit card is denied, or your electronic funds transfer is denied due to insufficient funds, or a closed account, you authorize AirCall to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account to collect the amount of the payment plus any applicable returned payment fees of up to $25.00 or up to the maximum amount allowed by law or regulation. When payment is made by credit or bank card, the payment may also be subject to the terms and conditions required by the bank or credit card issuer.
Returned Payment. For any check or electronic payment returned to the Settlement Administrator as undeliverable (including, but not limited to, when the intended recipient is no longer located at the address or when an email bounces back), the Settlement Administrator shall make reasonable efforts to locate a valid address and resend the Settlement Payment within thirty (30) days after the check or payment is returned to the Settlement Administrator as undeliverable. Any replacement checks issued to Settlement Class Members shall remain valid and negotiable for sixty (60) days from the date of their issuance and may thereafter automatically be canceled if not cashed by the Settlement Class Members within that time.
