Common use of Returning Students Clause in Contracts

Returning Students. Prior to January 3, 2018 students may cancel their housing contract during this time; however, a cancellation penalty of $200 will be charged to the student’s eBill account. The cancellation must be received via the MyHousing/Dining portal by January 3, 2018.

Returning Students. Prior to January 35, 2018 2022 students may cancel their housing contract during this timecontract; however, a cancellation penalty of $200 will be charged to the student’s eBill account. The cancellation must be received via the MyHousing/Dining portal by January 35, 20182022.

Returning Students. Prior to January 38, 2018 2023 students may cancel their housing contract during this timecontract; however, a cancellation penalty of $200 will be charged to the student’s eBill account. The cancellation must be received via the MyHousing/Dining portal by January 38, 20182023.
