RECEIPTS AND BILLS OF LADING If requested by SHIPPER, BROKER agrees to provide SHIPPER with proof of acceptance and delivery of shipments in the form of a signed Xxxx of Lading or Proof of Delivery via US Mail, courier, or electronically by fax or email. Closures PROVIDER agrees compensation for temporary closures will be handled in accordance with Office of Early Learning Rule 6M-8.204(5), F.A.C.
BILLS OF LADING CARRIER shall sign a xxxx of lading, produced by shipper or CARRIER in compliance with 49 C.F.R. §373.101 (and any amendments thereto), for the property it receives for transportation under this Agreement.
