Review and Adjustments. Executive’s Base Salary, Target Bonus, and other compensatory arrangements will be subject to review and adjustment in accordance with the Company’s applicable policies, subject to Executive’s ability to resign for Good Reason and receive severance benefits as set forth in Section 7.
