Review by the Director of Operations. If the grievance is not resolved at Step 2 the Union may, within ten (10) days of receiving the Administrator’s response seek review by the Director of Operations or his/her designee. Thereafter, the Director of Operations or his/her designee will, within ten (10) days of receiving the Union’s request for review, issue a written response granting or denying the grievance.
