Review Fees; Coordination Fee. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord, upon demand, for any fees reasonably incurred by Landlord for review of the Plans by Landlord’s third party consultants (“Review Fees”). In consideration of Landlord’s coordination of the Tenant Improvement Work, Tenant shall pay Landlord a fee (the “Coordination Fee”) in an amount equal to 2% of the cost of the Tenant Improvement Work.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Tenant retains Landlord’s preferred contractor to construct the Tenant Improvement Work, the Coordination Fee shall be reduced to 1.5% of the cost of the Tenant Improvement Work.

  • Review Fee Following the completion of an Asset Review and the delivery to the Indenture Trustee, the Sponsor and the Servicer of the Review Report, or the termination of an Asset Review according to Section 3.4(e), and the delivery to the Sponsor of a detailed invoice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will be entitled to a fee of up to $250 for each Account containing a Subject Receivable (the “Review Fee”). However, no Review Fee will be charged for any Tests that were performed in a prior Asset Representations Review or for any Asset Representations Review in which no Tests were completed prior to the Asset Representations Reviewer being notified of a termination of the Asset Representations Review in accordance with Section 3.4(e). The Sponsor will pay the Review Fee to the Asset Representations Reviewer in accordance with the terms of Section 4.3(d) of this Agreement. If an Asset Review is terminated according to Section 3.4(e), the Asset Representations Reviewer must submit its invoice for the Review Fee for the terminated Asset Review no later than five Business Days before the final Payment Date to be reimbursed no later than the final Payment Date.

  • Origination Fee The Borrower shall pay the Lender a fully earned and non-refundable origination fee of $50,000, due and payable upon the execution of this Agreement.

  • Construction Fee A fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • Administration Fee As compensation for the performance of the Administrator’s obligations under this Agreement and as reimbursement for its expenses related thereto, the Administrator shall be entitled to receive the Administration Fee in accordance with Section 8.4 of the Indenture. The Administrator shall pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder.

  • Development Fee A fee for the packaging of a Property or Mortgage, including the negotiation and approval of plans, and any assistance in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and financing for a specific Property, either initially or at a later date.
