  • Permanent Status ‌ An employee will attain permanent status in a job classification upon their successful completion of a probationary, trial service or transition review period.

  • Independent Status of Contractor In the performance of this Contract, the parties shall be acting in their individual, corporate or governmental capacities and not as agents, employees, partners, joint ventures, or associates of one another.   • Debarment Status The Contractor certifies that it is not currently debarred from submitting proposals or bids on contracts by any department, agency or political subdivision of (i) the Commonwealth of Virginia, (ii) any other state, or (iii) the federal government, nor is it an agent of any person or entity that is currently debarred from submitting bids or proposals on contracts by the same.

  • Appeals Process A. The Contractor’s appeal process shall, at a minimum:
