Review of Routes. All routes and work assignments shall be subject to review and reassignment as provided in this Article. The Company will determine the number of bid periods and their frequency based upon its legitimate business needs and the desires of its contracting entities; provided, however, all work assignments shall be bid no less than two (2) times in each twelve (12) month period.
