Review of sick leave. 2.10.6 Where it is apparent that a worker is likely to be off duty beyond 26 weeks from the date of the accident, details shall be forwarded to the Regional Commander who shall consult the Regional Occupational Health Committee and the Principal Medical Officer about the worker being continued in employment or retired by the Chief Executive/National Commander on medical grounds.
