Review of Specifications. (a) The Buyer acknowledges that from time to time VicForests will undertake a general review of the specifications for log grading applicable to the sale and supply of timber by VicForests (Log Grading Review), including under this Agreement. (b) VicForests may vary this Agreement to replace the Code of Procedures for Log Buyers: Log Specifications with any specifications (that are determined by VicForests during the Log Grading Review) with the prior written consent of the Buyer, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably.
Review of Specifications. A. The Contractor shall carefully study and compare the Drawings and Specifications. Any error, inconsistency or omission discovered shall be immediately reported to the Owner or Owner’s Representative. If the Contractor performs any construction activity knowing it involves a recognized error, inconsistency or omission without such notice to the Owner or Owner’s Representative, the Contractor shall assume appropriate responsibility for such performance and shall bear an appropriate amount of the cost for any correction.
Review of Specifications. A. Prior to submitting a bid for the Project, the Contractor shall carefully study and compare the Drawings and Specifications and shall at once report to the Owner or Owner’s Representative any error, inconsistency or omission discovered. During construction, if the Contractor performs any construction activity knowing it involves a recognized error, inconsistency or omission in the Specifications without such notice to the Owner or Owner’s Representative, the Contractor shall assume appropriate responsibility for such performance and shall bear an appropriate amount of the cost for any correction. B. The Contractor shall not deviate from the specified scope of work as indicated in the Project Documents. Deviations include (but are not limited to): 1. Alteration of video surveillance camera locations from those specified in Plans. 2. Installation of horizontal cables to a different Telecom Room than indicated on the Plans.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.

Catalent shall respond promptly to any request made by Client for a change in the Specifications, and both parties shall use commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to agree to the terms of such change in a timely manner. As soon as possible after a request is made for any change in Specifications, Catalent shall notify Client of the costs associated with such change and shall provide such supporting documentation as Client may reasonably require. Client shall pay all costs associated with such agreed upon changes. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Specifications, this Agreement shall control. Catalent reserves the right to postpone effecting changes to the Specifications until such time as the parties agree to and execute the required written amendment.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • Specifications That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards, and workmanship as applied to the Work, and certain administrative requirements and procedural matters applicable thereto. The term "Specifications" shall also include all written matter in the Project Manual or on the drawings and any Addenda or Change Orders thereto.
