Revised Baseline Schedule. Design-Builder shall submit a Revised Baseline Schedule when required in accordance with Exhibit 11.1. Department reserves the right to withhold approval for all or part of Design-Builder’s Applications for Payment until such time Design-Builder furnishes an approved Revised Baseline Schedule.

Revised Baseline Schedule. Design-Builder shall submit and Department shall approve a Revised Baseline Schedule (i) as a condition precedent to Department’s issuance of NTP and (ii) whenever required in accordance with Section 2.3 of the Technical Requirements.   • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A. 4.2. Any delay of services or change in sequence of tasks must be approved in writing by Delaware. 4.3. In the event that Vendor fails to complete the project or any phase thereof within the time specified in the Contract, or with such additional time as may be granted in writing by Delaware, or fails to prosecute the work, or any separable part thereof, with such diligence as will insure its completion within the time specified in this Agreement or any extensions thereof, Delaware shall suspend the payments scheduled as set forth in Appendix A.

  • Budget Schedule Subrecipient agrees that the expenditures of any and all funds under this Contract will be in accordance with the Budget Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment C, and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V. (b) Salary schedules will contain Career Enhancement/Growth steps as described in Section 45.6.

  • Milestone Schedule Please state the status and progress of each Milestone and identify any completed Milestone(s) for the previous calendar quarter.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.
