Revised Bilateral Affected Products. 7.1.3.1 If a Qualified Claimant had bilateral Affected Products revised (either in a single Qualified Revision Surgery or two Qualified Revision Surgeries) and the evidentiary requirements set forth herein are satisfied for each Affected Product, the Qualified Claimant will receive one Base Award for each hip that underwent a Qualified Revision Surgery, subject to any reductions or other limitations for each such hip as set forth herein.

  • Additional Products Upon satisfying the minimum order requirements above, Enrolled Affiliate may order Additional Products.

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product.
