Revision of Exhibits. The Parties agree that Exhibits B, C and D to this Agreement describe certain administrative matters that may be revised upon the approval of the Board, without such revision constituting an amendment to this Agreement, as described in Section 8.4. The Authority shall provide written notice to the Parties of the revision of any such exhibit.

Revision of Exhibits. Whenever Exhibits A, B and C are revised, Exhibit D shall be revised accordingly and be effective as of the same date. Unit Operator shall also revise Exhibit D from time to time as required to conform to changes in ownership of which Unit Operator has been notified as provided in the Unit Agreement.
Revision of Exhibits. The Service Agreement, as it may be modified by the Customer, and signed by the Customer with this Agreement and submitted to Bonneville, is attached by Bonneville to and deemed a part of this Agreement as Exhibit A.
Revision of Exhibits. Operator and Producer may review Exhibit “A” from time to time and any revisions shall be mutually agreed upon. Operator may revise Exhibits “B” upon sixty (60) Days’ written notice to Producer. Exhibit “C” may be revised upon the mutual consent of both Parties, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Exhibit “D” may be revised in accordance with the provisions of Clause 1209. Exhibits that are revised shall show the Effective Date of the revision and shall be numbered consecutively. Operator shall, upon revision of any Exhibit, supply Producer with a copy of the revised Exhibit. If Operator becomes aware of a mistake or mechanical error in any Exhibit, Operator shall prepare a corrected Exhibit and supply Producer with a copy of the corrected Exhibit.
Revision of Exhibits. (a) The rate schedules included in the Transmission Rate Schedules and General Transmission Rate Schedule Provisions Exhibit shall be replaced by successor rate schedules in accordance with the provisions of section 7(i) of the Pacific Northwest Power Act and Agency rules. The unit rate or rates in such successor rate schedules shall be a non-mileage based rate which shall only reflect the distances between POI's and POD's if a short distance discount factor has been agreed upon by the Parties.
Revision of Exhibits. Whenever Exhibits "A", ”B" and “C” are revised, Exhibit "D" shall be revised accordingly and be effective as of the same date.
Revision of Exhibits. The parties agree that the Exhibit G (“Assumed Contracts”) and Schedule 4.5 (“Excluded Assets”) shall be revised on the Closing Date to reflect, respectively, the actualContracts that Purchaser will assume as of the Closing Date and the actual excluded assets.
