RFP of Health Plans. If the health plan is put out for bid, the Employer agrees to meet with CRONA to review the criteria to be placed in the Request For Proposal. In addition, the Employer agrees to meet with CRONA prior to the selection of a carrier. In advance of the meeting regarding the selection of a carrier, the Employer shall provide, in Excel or a similar electronic format, to CRONA relevant information that is not confidential or privileged considered by the Employer as a basis for carrier selection.
