RFP Response. In order to be considered for selection, Offerors shall submit a complete response to this RFP to include; a. One (1) electronic document in WORD format or searchable PDF of the entire proposal as one document, INCLUDING ALL ATTACHMENTS must be uploaded through the Bonfire online submission portal. Refer to page 2 for instructions. Any proprietary information should be clearly marked in accordance with 2.d. below. b.
