RFP Response. In order to be considered for selection, Offerors shall submit a complete response to this RFP to include; a. One (1) electronic document in WORD format or searchable PDF (flash drive) of the entire proposal as one document, INCLUDING ALL ATTACHMENTS emailed to xxxxxxxxxxx@xx.xxx. Reference the Due Date and Hour, and RFP Number in the subject line of the email. No confirmation receipt will be provided by Virginia Tech. Any proprietary information should be clearly marked in accordance with 2.d. below. b. Should the proposal contain proprietary information, provide one (1) redacted electronic copy of the proposal and attachments with proprietary portions removed or blacked out. This copy should be clearly marked “Redacted Copy” within the name of the document. The classification of an entire proposal document, line item prices and/or total proposal prices as proprietary or trade secrets is not acceptable. Virginia Tech shall not be responsible for the Contractor’s failure to exclude proprietary information from this redacted copy. No other distribution of the proposals shall be made by the Offeror.
