RIDER BENEFITS. The Reinsurer will receive premiums for additional riders as shown in Schedule V, as well as for any extra premiums the Ceding Company may collect for the coverage of special risks (traveling, climate, occupation, etc.).

RIDER BENEFITS. In return of Your Application for this Rider and its premium, We agree to provide the Benefits described in this Rider. ACCELERATED BENEFIT AMOUNT The Accelerated Benefit Amount is the amount shown in the Schedule of Benefit and Level Premiums Section on the Policy Data Page, less a onetime administrative fee of $250. The Accelerated Benefit Amount You may receive is the lesser of 50% of the Level Term Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule, or $300,000. The payment of the Accelerated Benefit Amount will be paid immediately when We receive in Writing due proof of eligibility. ACCELERATED BENEFIT DUE TO A TERMINAL CONDITION We will pay to You the Accelerated Benefit Amount when We receive, In Writing, proof that the Insured has a Terminal Condition, as defined in this Rider. This proof must include, but is not limited to, certification by a Licensed Physician. SAMPLE In addition We reserve the right to have the Insured examined by a Licensed Physician of Our choice, at Our expense, as part of any proof to establish eligibility for Accelerated Benefits. In the case of conflicting opinions, eligibility for the accelerated death benefit shall be determined by a third medical opinion that is provided by a physician that is mutually acceptable to You and Us. The Accelerated Benefit due to a Terminal Condition will be paid in a lump sum. ACCELERATED BENEFIT DUE TO CONFINEMENT IN A NURSING HOME FACILITY We will pay to you the Accelerated Benefit Amount when We receive, In Writing, proof that the Insured has been continuously confined in a Nursing Home Facility for 90 days and is expected to remain confined until their death. This evidence must include, but is not limited to, certification by a Licensed Physician. We reserve the right to have the Insured examined by a Licensed Physician of Our choice, at Our expense, as part of any proof to establish eligibility for Accelerated Benefits. In the case of conflicting opinions, eligibility for the accelerated death benefit shall be determined by a third medical opinion that is provided by a physician that is mutually acceptable to You and Us. The Accelerated Benefit due to Confinement in a Nursing Home Facility will be paid in monthly installments. The minimum monthly payment is $250.00. The maximum monthly payment is $5,000.00 and is payable over a five (5) year period.
RIDER BENEFITS. In return of Your Application for this Rider and its premium, We agree to provide the Benefits described in this Rider. DEATH BENEFIT We will pay the Rider Benefit Amount for an Insured Child when We receive proof, In Writing, that the death occurred while this Rider was In Force on that Insured Child, and after that Insured Child had attained the age of 15 days. The Rider Benefit Amount will also be paid if the death of the Insured Child occurred during the first 30 days after the child ceases to meet the definition of Insured Child and before a Conversion Policy has taken effect. (See Conversion of Insurance section below.)

  • Other Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in or receive benefits under the Company’s employee benefit plans in effect from time to time, subject to the terms of such plans.

  • Death Benefits Upon the Executive's death during the Contract Period, his estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.

  • Regular Benefits The Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any and all employee benefit plans, medical insurance plans, life insurance plans, disability income plans, retirement plans, bonus incentive plans and other benefit plans from time to time in effect for senior executives of the Employer. Such participation shall be subject to (i) the terms of the applicable plan documents, (ii) generally applicable policies of the Employer and (iii) the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Employer or any administrative or other committee provided for in or contemplated by such plan.

  • Entitlement to Other Benefits Except as expressly provided herein, this Agreement shall not be construed as limiting in any way any rights or benefits the Employee, his spouse, dependents or beneficiaries may have pursuant to any other employee benefits plans or programs.

  • Severance Payments; Salary and Benefits The Company agrees to provide Employee with the severance payments and benefits described in Section 4(b) of the Employment Agreement, payable at the times set forth in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the Employment Agreement. In addition, to the extent not already paid, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement, the Company shall pay or provide to Employee all other payments or benefits described in Section 3(c) of the Employment Agreement, subject to and in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Employment Benefits In addition to the Salary payable to the Executive hereunder, the Executive shall be entitled to the following benefits:

  • Termination Benefits (a) If Executive’s employment is voluntarily (in accordance with Section 2(a) of this Agreement) or involuntarily terminated within two (2) years of a Change in Control, Executive shall receive:

  • Standard Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs, including paid vacations, generally available to other similarly situated Company executives, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

  • Severance Compensation and Benefits Not in Derogation of Other Benefits Anything to the contrary herein contained notwithstanding, the payment or obligation to pay any monies, or granting of any benefits, rights or privileges to Executive as provided in this Agreement shall not be in lieu or derogation of the rights and privileges that the Executive now has or will have under any plans or programs of or agreements with the Company, except that if the Executive received any payment hereunder, the Executive shall not be entitled to any payment under the Company’s severance policy for officers and directors.

  • Relation to Other Benefits Any economic or other benefit to the Grantee under this Agreement or the Plan shall not be taken into account in determining any benefits to which the Grantee may be entitled under any profit-sharing, retirement or other benefit or compensation plan maintained by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and shall not affect the amount of any life insurance coverage available to any beneficiary under any life insurance plan covering employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
