Riggers Liability. Should Subcontractors work involve the moving, lifting, lowering, rigging or hoisting of property or equipment, Subcontractor shall carry riggers liability insurance to insure against physical loss or damage to the property or equipment.
Riggers Liability. Should SUBCONTRACTOR’s work involve the moving, lifting, lowering, rigging or hoisting of property or equipment, SUBCONTRACTOR shall carry Rigger’s Liability Insurance to insure against physical loss or damage to the property or equipment.

Should Subcontractor’s work involve the moving, lifting, lowering, rigging, or hoisting of property or equipment, Subcontractor shall carry Riggers’ Liability Insurance to insure against physical loss or damage to the property or equipment. The Riggers’ Liability insurance shall provide coverage on an “all risk” basis, with full replacement cost coverage, without any overload exclusion, and with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.
Riggers Liability. Subcontractor shall carry Rigger’s Liability Insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence if Subcontractor’s work involves moving, lifting, lowering, rigging or hoisting of property or equipment belonging to others. Such insurance shall insure against physical loss or damage to the property or equipment. Deductibles greater than $50,000 require Contractor’s prior written approval.
Riggers Liability. If Work performed or provided by Design-Builder or its Subcontractors required by these Contract Documents includes or involves the use of a crane or any other device or piece of equipment by which materials or equipment are rigged, hoisted, lowered, elevated, raised, or the movement of property, materials or equipment, loaded or unloaded, then Design-Builder or its Subcontractors shall purchase and maintain in force Riggers Liability for the rigging, hoisting, lowering, elevating, raising or moving of property, materials or equipment, loaded or unloaded; such insurance shall cover damage or loss to such property, materials, or equipment, with a limit of liability of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) property damage each occurrence; such coverage shall include a limit for liability arising from any consequential or indirect losses including without limitation, any delay or loss of use claim.
Riggers Liability. If the scope involves the rigging, hoisting, lowering, raising or moving of property or equipment belonging to others and Riggers Liability Insurance is required to insure against physical loss or damage to the property or equipment.
Riggers Liability. Should TRUCKER’s work involve the moving, lifting, lowering, rigging or hoisting of property or equipment, TRUCKER shall carry Rigger’s Liability Insurance to insure against physical loss or damage to the property or equipment.
Riggers Liability. Should Subcontractor’s work involve the rigging of property, Subcontractor shall carry “Riggers Liability Insurance” to insure against physical loss or damage to the property being lifted. Evidence of coverage shall be provided in the form of a Certificate of Insurance.
Riggers Liability. If and to the extent Contractor’s services or scope of Work call for, require, or involve the lifting, picking, rigging and setting of others property, materials or equipment, Contractor shall procure, maintain and pay for Riggers Liability Insurance to insure against physical loss of or damage in amounts sufficient to insure the full market value and / or replacement costs of the property, materials or equipment being lifted. In addition to replacing any property, materials or equipment damaged through Contractor’s work involving the lifting, picking, rigging and or setting, Contractors shall also be responsible for all consequential loss of use, and delay damages involved in replacing and / or repairing the damaged property, materials, or equipment. Failure to carry appropriate insurance and or failure to carry adequate limits shall not relieve Contractor from its indemnity and contractual obligations herein.
Riggers Liability. Insurance (to be carried by any subcontractor performing rigging):
(a) “All Risk” Replacement Cost Coverage.
(b) Occurrence Limit: $1,000,000.
(c) No overload exclusion.
