Right of Access to Work. The Awarding Authority, the User Agency and the Designer (and persons designated by them) may for any purpose enter upon the Work, the Site, and premises used by the Contractor, and the Contractor shall provide safe facilities therefor. Other contractors of the Awarding Authority may also enter upon the same for the purposes which may be required by their contracts or work. Any differences or conflicts which may arise between the Contractor and other contractors of the Awarding Authority with respect to their work shall be initially resolved by the Designer.

Right of Access to Work. DCAMM, the User Agency and the Designer (and persons designated by them) may for any purpose enter upon the Work, the Site, and premises used by the CM, and the CM shall provide safe facilities therefor. Other contractors of DCAMM may also enter upon the same for the purposes which may be required by their contracts or work. Any differences or conflicts which may arise between the CM and other contractors of DCAMM with respect to their work shall be initially resolved by the Designer.

  • Right of Access 2.3.1 Upon reasonable notice, the NYISO and/or Connecting Transmission Owner may send a qualified person to the premises of the Interconnection Customer at or immediately before the time the Small Generating Facility first produces energy to inspect the interconnection, and observe the commissioning of the Small Generating Facility (including any required testing), startup, and operation for a period of up to three Business Days after initial start-up of the unit. In addition, the Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner at least five Business Days prior to conducting any on-site verification testing of the Small Generating Facility.

  • Access to Work District representatives shall at all times have access to the Work, wherever it is, in preparation or in progress. Contractor shall provide safe and proper facilities for such access.

  • Right to Work For purposes of federal immigration law, you will be required to provide to the Company documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States. Such documentation must be provided to us within three (3) business days of your Start Date, or our employment relationship with you may be terminated.

  • Access to Worksite 9.4.1 Authorized representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact official Association business on school property during regular school business hours provided that such activities or use do not interfere with classroom instruction or interrupt normal operations.

  • Recall to Work 5.6.2.1 An employee recalled to work overtime after leaving the company’s premises (whether notified before or after leaving the premises) will be paid for a minimum of three hours work at the appropriate rates for each time the employee is so recalled. Except in the case of unforeseen circumstances arising, the employee will not be required to work the full three hours if the job the employee was recalled to perform is completed within a shorter period.
