Cases of Emergency. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to prevent management or sales employees from performing bargaining unit work, in cases of emergency when no bargaining unit employees are available to perform such work, or when there is no revenue associated with the work, when testing equipment and when repairing or transporting equipment.

When an employee works as a Relief Supervisor, he/she shall be paid a premium of one ($1.00) dollar per hour for all hours so worked provided he/she performs a significant portion of the position he/she is relieving. The names of all Relief Supervisors so designated each day shall be posted in the immediate vicinity of the Supervisor’s station and noted on the work schedule.
