Common use of Right of Privacy Clause in Contracts

Right of Privacy. Faculty will have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their offices, desks, voice mail, e- mail, other electronic technology, and other personal materials. This right does not supersede the rights of the College under its administrative policies to provide a safe working environment or uphold local, state, and federal laws and regulations that govern the use of public equipment, furnishings, buildings, and college campuses.
