Inspecting the premises and facilities of its Member Physicians on a regular basis and allowing PacifiCare to participate in such inspections upon ten (10) days written notice.

Inspecting all luggage, bedding, clothing, and personal property for bedbugs and other pests before move-in, returning home after traveling and/or bringing new items into the Premises. You will allow us to do the same upon request. If we have a concern about possible infestation, we may (but will not be obligated to) either prohibit you from bringing the item into the Premises or require you to have the item professionally treated at your expense before the item is brought into the Premises.
Inspecting the Living Accommodation upon reasonable belief that there is a violation of the Rules and Regulations.
Inspecting testing, evaluating or reporting on appliances and systems, structures, or components that are not permanently installed and are not typically sold as part of a residential property. Inspecting, testing, evaluating or reporting on window-mount or through- the-wall air conditioners or gas-powered air conditioners. Inspecting, testing, evaluating or reporting on gas and electrical appliances such as fire pits, barbecues, outside heaters and lamps.
Inspecting. Landlord, its agents or employees, shall have the right, but shall not be required, to enter the Leased Property at all reasonable hours for the purpose of making inspections. In no way should such inspections interfere with or interrupt the business of the Tenant, and such Inspections shall be arranged prior thereto by the Landlord and Tenant's Warehouse Manager.
Inspecting. HSM Products ordered by BCI pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to inspection by BCI after delivery, to determine conformity with Product Specifications and BCI's purchase order. BCI shall have the right to reject non-conforming Products by written notice to IMI of such non-conformity within thirty (30) working days following the arrival of the Product at the delivery destination. BCI shall not waive any warranty rights under this Agreement by inspecting or failing to inspect the Product.
Inspecting testing, replacing or otherwise working on your meter (including moving your meter) if you ask us to but there is no fault with your meter
Inspecting repairing, replacing, installing, removing, testing, maintaining, or carrying out other activities relating to the meter, heating smart meter, HIU, the building's heating system.
Inspecting without use of equipment, the property at a frequency in accordance with the principles of good estate management, or as agreed from time to time with the Client, to ascertain the general condition and provide an appropriate report to the Client.
