Right of Removal. The General Partners retain the right to be associated with whomsoever they so desire. Accordingly, no Limited Partner has a prescriptive right to retain and own an interest in the Partnership as a matter of legal right. Each Limited Partner is subject to being removed and terminated as a Limited Partner as hereinafter provided.
