Common use of Right to Legal Counsel Clause in Contracts

Right to Legal Counsel. Resident has the right to be represented by legal counsel, at his/her own cost, in any proceedings initiated under this arbitration provision. Because this arbitration provision addresses important legal rights, the Home encourages and recommends that Resident obtain the advice and assistance of legal counsel to review the legal significance of this mandatory arbitration provision prior to signing this Agreement.
