Right to Refuse to Cross a Legal Picket Line. Each Employee shall have the right to refuse to cross a legal picket line in the performance of work-related duties, without being subject to any disciplinary action. Any Employee thus failing to report for work shall be considered to be on leave of absence without pay.

Each Employee All employees covered by this agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a legal picket line arising out of a legal dispute as defined in the performance of work-related duties, without being subject to any disciplinary actionrelevant legislation. Any Employee thus employee failing to report for work to duty shall be considered to be on leave of absence absent without pay. Failure to cross a legal picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer’s business shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.
