Right to Rely on the Business Service. Agreement (BSA) When you join our Credit Union, attempt to take action or conduct a transaction, or ask us to act on any matter concerning the business of our Credit Union, you consent to the terms of the BSA. You acknowledge we offered you a paper copy of the Part 2 in-person, and emailed it to your address (if provided) in our records. If we as- sisted you by phone, mail or through the internet, your consent acknowledges the Part 2 was accessible to you, and we offered to mail you a paper copy of the Part 2 (please see Provision 3.f.). You agree we may electronically manage (e.g., image or otherwise enter in our computer system) your information, documents, consent and all accounts, loans, products or services you have with us. This allows us to protect all information, documents, products and ser- vices, achieve significant savings and provide excellent service to our members. For these same reasons, you understand and agree once we have electronically managed any paper document along with your information, we may also destroy the paper document and the information, unless otherwise required by law. You agree that along with all paper documents and any information, all electronically managed documents and your information, in our records are bind- ing on you and us. You understand while we own all information and documents in our records that pertain to membership, accounts, loans, products and services you have with us, you may request to review and obtain a paper or electronic copy of a document or the information in our records any time we are open for business or as we offer. You also understand you may take action to start, confirm, maintain, review, change, add or terminate membership, accounts, loans, products or services with us at any time as we allow. You agree we may rely exclusively on the BSA, other contracts, as applicable, and our records (and any changes and additions we make to these contracts from time to time) to start, maintain and manage your actions and transactions on all the accounts, loans, products and services you have with us. Further, you understand any changes and additions you make to the accounts, loans, prod- ucts or services you have with us will also be governed by the BSA, other contracts, as applicable, our records and any changes and additions we make to them from time to time.

  • Our Right to Terminate We may terminate this Client Agreement and close your Account and any Position at any time by giving you thirty (30) days’ written notice. This right is in addition to any other rights to terminate this Client Agreement or close your Account that we may have under this Client Agreement.

  • Your Right to Terminate You may also terminate this Client Agreement or close your Account at any time by giving us written notice. Your Account will be closed as soon as reasonably practicable after we have received notice, all open Contracts are closed, Orders are cancelled, and all of your obligations are discharged.

  • Contractor’s Right to Terminate for Cause Contractor may terminate this Contract immediately upon written notice to Agency, or at such later date as Contractor may establish in such notice, if Agency is in default under Section 14.4.

  • Right to Terminate Either Party may unilaterally terminate this Annex by providing thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the other Party.

  • Obligation to Provide Public Access to Grant Records The Division reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this Agreement in the event that the Grantee refuses public access to all documents or other materials made or received by the Grantee that are subject to the provisions of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, known as the Florida Public Records Act. The Grantee must immediately contact the Division's Contract Manager for assistance if it receives a public records request related to this Agreement.

  • Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines All employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.

  • Provisions for Covered Entity to Inform Business Associate of Privacy Practices and Restrictions (a) Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate of any limitation(s) in the notice of privacy practices of Covered Entity under 45 CFR 164.520, to the extent that such limitation may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of protected health information.

  • OBLIGATIONS AND ACTIVITIES OF CONTRACTOR AS BUSINESS ASSOCIATE 1. Contractor agrees not to use or further disclose PHI County discloses to Contractor other than as permitted or required by this Business Associate Contract or as required by law.

  • Your Rights and Our Responsibilities After We Receive Your Written Notice We must acknowledge your letter within 30 days, unless we have corrected the error by then. Within 90 days, we must either correct the error or explain why we believe the statement was correct. After we receive your letter, we cannot try to collect any amount you question or report you as delinquent. We can continue to bill you for the amount you question, including FINANCE CHARGES, and we can apply any unpaid amount against your credit limit. You do not have to pay any questioned amount while we are investigating, but you are still obligated to pay the parts of your statement that are not in question. If we find that we made a mistake on your statement, you will not have to pay any FINANCE CHARGES related to any questioned amount. If we didn’t make a mistake, you may have to pay FINANCE CHARGES and you will have to make up any missed payments on the questioned amount. In either case, we will send you a statement of the amount you owe and the date that it is due. If you fail to pay the amount that we think you owe, we may report you as delinquent. However, if our explanation does not satisfy you and you write to us within 10 days telling us that you still refuse to pay, we must tell anyone we report you to that you have a question about your statement. And, we must tell you the name of anyone we reported you to. We must tell anyone we report you to that the matter has been settled between us when it finally is. If we don’t follow these rules, we can’t collect the first $50.00 of the questioned amount, even if your statement was correct.

  • WHO WILL REVIEW THE INFORMATION DISCLOSED ON THE RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE FORM AND ANY UPDATES? The information disclosed on this form and any updates will be a public record as defined by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and may therefore be inspected by any interested person. Also, the information will be made available to the Mayor and the BCC members. This form and any updates will accompany the information for the applicant’s project or item. However, for development-related items, if an applicant discloses the existence of one or more of the relationships described above and the matter would normally receive final consideration by the Concurrency Review Committee or the Development Review Committee, the matter will be directed to the BCC for final consideration and action following committee review.
