Managed Documents definition

Managed Documents means any contract, agreement, arrangement or undertaking relating to any of the applicable Managed Assets, including, without limitation, any Contribution Agreement, Franchise Document or IP License Agreement.

Examples of Managed Documents in a sentence

  • The Manager is hereby authorized by each Securitization Entity, and hereby agrees, to continue to perform the Services (or refrain from the performance of the Services) subject to and in accordance with the Managing Standard and the terms of this Agreement, the other Transaction Documents and the Managed Documents.

  • The Manager shall (on behalf of each of the Securitization Entities) (i) cause the collection of Collections in accordance with the Managing Standard and subject to and in accordance with the Transaction Documents and (ii) make all deposits to and withdrawals from the Management Accounts in accordance with this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Managing Standard), the Indenture and the applicable Managed Documents.
