CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION The parties hereto agree that the employees covered by this Agreement shall be considered engaged in the type of work and classification as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
Right to Refuse Overtime All employees shall have the right to refuse to work overtime, except when required to do so in emergency situations, without being subject to disciplinary action for so refusing.
Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance a. Statutory California Workers' Compensation coverage including broad form all-states coverage.
Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.
Right to Rent It is a condition of this tenancy that you and anyone living in the Property must have a ‘right to rent’ as set out in Section 22 of the Immigration Xxx 0000.
Right to Refuse Work Consistent with M.S. 182.654, Subd. 11, employees have the right to refuse work in certain circumstances as specified in the statute.
Services and Compensation Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.
WAGES AND COMPENSATION Section 1:
’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability The policy is required only if Contractor has employees. The policy must include workers’ compensation to meet minimum requirements of the California Labor Code, and it must provide coverage for employer’s liability bodily injury at minimum limits of $1,000,000 per accident or disease.

We are a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, set up under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. If we cannot meet our obligations, you may be entitled to compensation from the Scheme. This will depend on the type of agreement you have with us and the circumstances of the claim. For example, the Scheme covers corporate sponsored nominees, individual savings accounts and share dealing. Most types of claims for FCA regulated business are covered for 100% of the first £50,000 per person. This limit is applicable to all assets with Equiniti FS.
