RIGHT TO REPLACEMENT HOURS CUT INVOLUNTARILY. When an Employee’s client assignment is reduced involuntarily, through no fault of his/her own, the Employer shall attempt to assign replacement client hours before assigning additional, available hours to other employees who may be seeking to increase their client schedule.
