Right to Representation. A member of the bargaining unit shall have the right Union Representation at any conference with an administrator which he/she reasonably believes may result in disciplinary action.

Right to Representation. A member of the bargaining unit shall have the right to be represented by a Union Representation representative of his/her choice at any conference with an administrator which he/she reasonably believes may result in disciplinary action. However, a disciplinary conference shall not be unreasonably delayed due to the unavailability of a specific Union representative.
