RIGHT TO RESTORATION. Teachers whose continuing contracts are suspended by the Board shall have the right of restoration to continuing service status by the Board if and when teaching positions become vacant or are created for which any of such teachers are or become qualified. Seniority shall not be the basis for rehiring a teacher except when making a decision between teachers who have comparable evaluations. (Taken from Ohio Revised Code, Section 3319.17)

RIGHT TO RESTORATION. Grantee has the right, but not the obligation, to enforce the reasonable restoration of all, or any portion, of the Property damaged by activities inconsistent with the Conservation Purposes. This restoration will be, as nearly as possible, to the condition that existed on the Effective Date, except for such changes as may have been made to the Property that are consistent with the terms of this Easement.
