Teaching Positions. 23.01 a) The time frame for the spring posting process shall be April 15th to June 15th. The time frame for the Fall posting process is December 1st to January 15th
Teaching Positions. All teaching positions covered in this Collective Agreement shall remain in the Local Bargaining Unit for the duration of the Collective Agreement.
Teaching Positions. (1) Teaching positions that become available during July and August, will be posted at the Board Office.
Teaching Positions. Administrators placed on ULA shall have the right to a teaching position based upon seniority and licensure.
Teaching Positions. The Board agrees to provide written notification of teaching vacancies or teaching positions to those individuals who have on file with the Superintendent a request to be notified of specific vacancies. Such requests must be renewed annually.
Teaching Positions. The Board will make every effort to continue hiring certificated/licensed staff for teaching positions in the District. In the event a teaching position may be modified or abolished, the Superintendent will notify and discuss the situation with the Association President.

A principal may bump into a licensed teaching position after being placed on ULA from his or her position as a principal only if: (1) the principal taught in the District immediately before becoming a principal; (2) the principal did not resign from the teaching position before taking another position; (3) the principal has more seniority than the least senior teacher who is teaching in an area in which the principal holds a license; and (4) the principal has taught the in that subject area within the past ten years.
