Right to Revoke Employee may revoke this Agreement by notice to Company, in writing, received within seven (7) days of the date of its execution by Employee (the “Revocation Period”). Employee agrees that Employee will not receive the benefits provided by this Agreement if Employee revokes this Agreement. Employee also acknowledges and agrees that if Company has not received from Employee notice of Employee’s revocation of this Agreement prior to the expiration of the Revocation Period, Employee will have forever waived Employee’s right to revoke this Agreement, and this Agreement shall thereafter be enforceable and have full force and effect.
Our Right to Receive and Release Information About You We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your healthcare information. However, in order for us to make available quality, cost-effective healthcare coverage to you, we may release and receive information about your health, treatment, and condition to or from authorized providers and insurance companies, among others. We may give or get this information, as permitted by law, for certain purposes, including, but not limited to: • adjudicating health insurance claims; • administration of claim payments; • healthcare operations; • case management and utilization review; • coordination of healthcare coverage; and • health oversight activities. Our release of information about you is regulated by law. Please see the Rhode Island Confidentiality of HealthCare Communications and Information Act, R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 5-37.3-1 et seq. the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, and implementing regulations, 45 C.F.R. §§ 160.101 et seq. Right to Resell after withdrawal to sell the Property withdrawn at any time or times subject to such conditions and provisions whether identical with or differing wholly or in part from the conditions and provisions applicable to the Property to be auctioned at the present auction and in such manner as the Assignee/Bank may deem fit.
Your Ability to Withdraw Funds This policy applies to deposits into accounts that are opened at the Bank. All deposits are processed at Bank's processing facility located in San Diego, CA, and are received either electronically, through the mail, or in person. Please do not mail cash deposits. In the event Bank receives cash deposits, you agree that the Bank's determination of the amount of the deposit will be conclusive. The Bank is responsible for mailed deposits only after the Bank has received them. The Bank is not liable for any deposits, including cash, lost in the mail. Remember: when you use the U.S. mail to make a deposit, you will need to allow extra time for the deposit to reach us. The Bank's policy is to make funds from certain electronic deposits available to you on the business day the Bank receives the deposit. However, the Bank may delay the availability of funds from your check deposits to afford us time to verify the deposit and ensure the funds are collected. During the delay, you may not withdraw the funds and the Bank will not use the funds to pay checks you have written or other debits against the account that you have initiated, such as electronic bill payments. Determining the Availability of a Deposit The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. Every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before our established cutoff time on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day your deposit is received by the Bank. However, if you make a deposit after our cutoff time or on a day we are not open, we will consider the next business day we are open to be the day of your deposit. Right to Withdraw Unless otherwise agreed, each Holder shall have the right to withdraw such Holder’s request for inclusion of its Registrable Securities in any Underwritten Offering pursuant to this Section 2.02 at any time prior to the execution of an underwriting agreement with respect thereto by giving written notice to the Company of such Holder’s request to withdraw and, subject to the preceding clause, each Holder shall be permitted to withdraw all or part of such Holder’s Registrable Securities from a Piggyback Registration at any time prior to the effective date thereof.
Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.
Right to Refuse Employees have the right to refuse to undergo drug and alcohol testing. If an employee refuses to undergo drug or alcohol testing requested or required by the Employer, no such test shall be given.
Right to Reject Investment In contrast, we have the right to reject your subscription for any reason or for no reason, in our sole discretion. If we reject your subscription, any money you have given us will be returned to you.
Right to withdraw Sale to withdraw, postpone and call off the sale of the Property at any time prior to the auction date and before the fall of the hammer; and
No Right to Withdraw No Member shall have any right to resign or withdraw from the Company without the consent of the other Members or to receive any distribution or the repayment of its capital contribution except as provided in Section 7.2 and Article IX upon dissolution and liquidation of the Company. No Member shall have any right to have the fair value of its Membership Interest in the Company appraised and paid out upon the resignation or withdrawal of such Member or any other circumstances.
