Common use of Right to Strike Clause in Contracts

Right to Strike. Nothing contained herein shall restrict the rights of the Association as set forth in Section 4117.14 (D),(2), O.R.C., provided the Association has given the Board and SERB a prior ten (10) days written notice of its intent to strike on or after the expiration date of this Agreement. Such notice shall contain the day and time that the action will commence, however, the parties may extend such date and time by written agreement.
