Right to use beneficiaries’ materials documents or information The Commission may use, for its communication and publicising activities, information relating to the action, documents notably summaries for publication and public deliverables as well as any other material, such as pictures or audio-visual material received from any beneficiary (including in electronic form). This does not change the confidentiality obligations in Article 36 and the security obligations in Article 37, all of which still apply. If the Commission’s use of these materials, documents or information would risk compromising legitimate interests, the beneficiary concerned may request the Commission not to use it (see Article 52).
