Individual Requests. Contractor must acknowledge any request or instructions from the County regarding the exercise of any individual’s privacy rights provided under applicable federal or state laws. Contractor must have in place appropriate policies and procedures to promptly respond to such requests and comply with any request or instructions from County within seven Days. If an individual makes a request directly to Contractor involving County Information, Contractor must notify County within five Days and County will coordinate an appropriate response, which may include instructing Contractor to assist in fulfilling the request. Similarly, if Contractor receives a privacy or security complaint from an individual regarding County Information, Contractor must notify County as described in Paragraph 19.0 (Security) below, and County will coordinate an appropriate response.
Individual Requests sierra26 shall promptly notify Customer if sierra26 receives a request from any individual with respect to Personal Information that is Processed by sierra26 on behalf of Customer. If sierra26 is in possession of the requested Personal Information, upon Customer’s request, sierra26 shall promptly provide Customer with the Personal Information, so that Customer may respond to individual requests for access to or disclosure of Personal Information as required by the CCPA. sierra26’s retrieval of the requested Personal Information will be subject to the applicable charges or fees as set out in the Agreement.

An employee or his/her representative may request in writing a reevaluation of his/her job based on significant changes in job content or significant discrepancies between job content and classification description. The request must contain justification and may be made only during the period of July 1 through September 30. The request shall be submitted to the Department Head for review. Should the City decide to reclassify the position, the reclassification will become effective the first pay period following such decision or upon the ninety-first (91st) calendar day following the City’s receipt of the employee’s completed job analysis questionnaire, whichever occurs first. Appendix D outlines the City’s reclassification process and procedures.

Similarly, if the Contractor receives a privacy or security complaint from an individual regarding County Information, the Contractor shall notify the County as described in Section 14 SECURITY AND PRIVACY INCIDENTS, and the County will coordinate an appropriate response.
Individual Requests. If Adobe receives a data rights request from an individual that relates to Customer, Adobe will promptly inform Customer of said request(s) it receives from an individual in connection with the Cloud Services licensed by Customer. Customer is responsible for ensuring such requests are handled in accordance with Data Protection Laws.

Individual Requests. An employee whose request to participate in the VRWS program has been denied shall have the right to request a written statement of the reason for the denial. Such written statement shall be provided within five working days of the request. Upon receipt of the written statement of the reason for the denial, the employee may request a review of the denial by the agency head or the designee of the agency head. 3. Such requests shall specify why the employee believes the written reasons for the denial are improper. The request must explain how the employee believes his or her work can be reorganized or reassigned so that his or her participation in the VRWS program will not unduly interfere with the agency's program operations.
4. The designee of the agency head shall review the appeal and make a determination within ten working days of receipt. The determination shall be sent to the employee and a copy shall be sent to the President of DC-37. The determination shall be based on the record, except that the agency head's designee may hold a meeting with the employee and/or the employee's supervisors if the designee believes additional information or discussion is required to make a determination. If the employee believes that there are special circumstances that make a meeting appropriate, the employee may describe these circumstances in addition to providing the information specified in paragraph 3 above, and request that a review meeting be held. The agency head's designee shall consider such request in determining whether or not to hold a review meeting.
5. The determination of the agency head's designee shall not be subject to further appeal.

If ZEISS receives a request from an individual to exercise their rights under Privacy Law, including any applicable right of access or right to amend or correct Personal Information, ZEISS shall promptly advise the requestor that it does not control Personal Information and shall direct the requestor to Customer. ZEISS shall reasonably cooperate with Customer in Customer’s response to any such individual request.

Iron Mountain shall promptly notify Customer if Iron Mountain receives a request from any individual with respect to Personal Information that is Processed by Iron Mountain on behalf of Customer. If Iron Mountain is in possession of the requested Personal Information, upon Customer’s request, Iron Mountain shall promptly provide Customer with the Personal Information, so that Customer may respond to individual requests for access to or disclosure of Personal Information as required by the CCPA. Iron Mountain’s retrieval of the requested Personal Information will be subject to the applicable charges or fees as set out in the Agreement.
