RIGHT TO VACATION PAY. An Employee on layoff may request, at their option, payment in credit of accrued vacation days. Such payment will be issued on the next regular pay day for all Employees, provided the request is made at least five (5) business days in advance. Employees on layoff will not accrue any additional vacation days from the date of layoff.
