RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. 32.1 The Seller shall pass onto the Purchaser such guarantees as may be received by the Seller in respect of any item incorporated in the Works shall, to the extent that the Seller is entitled to do so.
32.2 The Purchaser acknowledges that the Development will be a phased development and thus an ongoing process and that certain inconvenience may be caused thereby. The Seller shall not be held liable for such inconvenience or any damages that flow there from and shall be entitled, (where necessary) to enter upon the Erf for purposes of obtaining access to adjoining xxxxx in the course of such development.
32.3 The Purchaser shall not under any circumstances be entitled to withhold payment from the Seller for any amounts whatsoever by virtue of minor Works still to be carried out by the Seller. Any amounts to be withheld, shall be certified by an Architect appointed by the Seller.
32.4 The Purchaser confirm that the Dwelling will at all times be used in accordance with the standards set out and contained in the Home Owner’s Constitutions and/or Conduct Rules. The Seller will not accept liability for damages resulting from a failure by the Purchaser to do so.
32.5 Upon receipt of the documents referred to in 31.4 above, the Purchaser shall sign the Hand Over Certificate, provided the Seller shall not be obliged to give occupation to the Purchaser if the Purchaser does not sign the Hand Over Certificate, and if the total Purchase Price has not been paid, subject to 32.3 above.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. (1) Until the Security Interest has become enforceable, the Purchaser shall be entitled to exercise all rights associated with the ownership of the Securities, including without limitation the right to receive cash dividends, save and except as such rights may otherwise be restricted, limited or otherwise affected under or pursuant to this Agreement.
(2) Whenever the Security Interest has become enforceable, all rights of the Purchaser to vote or to receive dividends shall cease and all such rights shall become vested solely and absolutely in the Vendors.
(3) Any dividends received by the Purchaser contrary to this Section 3 or any other moneys or property which may be received by the Purchaser at any time for, or in respect of, the Securities shall be received as trustee for the Vendors and shall be immediately paid over to the Vendors.
(4) At any time prior to December 31, 2004 except with the prior written consent of the Vendors, such consent to be at the sole and unfettered discretion of the Vendors, the Purchaser shall not permit the Corporation to and the Corporation shall not:
(a) alter the rights, privileges, restrictions or conditions attaching to the Securities in any regard whatsoever, (the "SHARE CONDITIONS") save and except as provided in Sections 3(4)(b) and (d) below;
(b) amend the articles of incorporation of the Corporation (the "Articles") provided that if any amendment of the Articles (i) does not alter the Share Conditions in any regard whatsoever; (ii) does not in any manner affect any of the Vendors' rights hereunder (or any of the Purchaser's or the Corporation's obligations, hereunder); and (iii) no Event of Default (as hereinafter defined) has occurred, then the Corporation may amend the Articles without requiring the consent of the Vendors;
(c) amalgamate with another corporation;
(d) issue any shares in the capital of the Corporation or issue any options, warrants or any other type of security relating to the equity in the Corporation (save and except only to the Purchaser, in which event no consent of the Vendors shall be required, provided that any such shares, options, warrants or other type of security issued or provided to the Purchaser automatically become pledged, charged and assigned to the Vendors as part of the Securities);
(e) reduce or make any distribution of its capital, or redeem, purchase or otherwise retire or pay for any shares of its present or future capital stock; and
(f) terminate the corporate existence of ...

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. (a) Purchase and Acceptance of electrical energy: Beginning on the Commencement of Operations Date for the Power Station, Purchaser will purchase and accept from Seller, at the Point of Delivery, all electrical energy generated by the Power Station and delivered to Purchaser in accordance with the Dispatch Provisions, this Contract, and the Appendices attached hereto. Such purchase and acceptance of electrical energy will also be subject to planned outages and unplanned outages as more fully described in Article 5 of this Contract and the Interconnection and Dispatch Contract, and will be subject to events of Force Majeure as more fully described Article 12.

10.5 The Purchaser confirm that the House will at all times be used in accordance with the standards set out and contained in the Home Owner’s Manual. The Contractor will not accept liability for damages resulting from a failure by the Purchaser to do so.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. 3.1. During the first year of life, pictures of kitten should be taken and then sent to the Seller at least once per 3 month.
3.2. If the kitten was sold as a BREED or SHOW – it shall participate in exhibitions within 2 years (once - in the kitten class and once - in the junior class and then till obtaining the title of International Champion). The Seller should be informed about the results of the exhibitions.
3.3. If the Purchaser decides to resell the cat or does not want to have it any more, he/she must inform the Seller about this decision.
3.4. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to care of this kitten by providing proper love, attention, nutrition, routine veterinary care including vaccinations and immediate veterinary care for kitten showing any sign of illness or distress. The animal cannot be left without a human care for a long time, cannot be neglected or abused and shall be provided with enough attention and proper care (quality of food, special toys, timely veterinary care, vaccinations, games, limiting free access of the animal to the roadway, security windows and balconies, etc.). The Purchaser guarantees that the kitten will not be removed claws. The Purchaser also ensures that the kitten will not be abandoned to their fate, thrown into the street, will not be kept in a cage etc. and will not be euthanized without serious medically justified indications.
