RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. 32.1 The Seller shall pass onto the Purchaser such guarantees as may be received by the Seller in respect of any item incorporated in the Works shall, to the extent that the Seller is entitled to do so. 32.2 The Purchaser acknowledges that the Development will be a phased development and thus an ongoing process and that certain inconvenience may be caused thereby. The Seller shall not be held liable for such inconvenience or any damages that flow there from and shall be entitled, (where necessary) to enter upon the Erf for purposes of obtaining access to adjoining xxxxx in the course of such development. 32.3 The Purchaser shall not under any circumstances be entitled to withhold payment from the Seller for any amounts whatsoever by virtue of minor Works still to be carried out by the Seller. Any amounts to be withheld, shall be certified by an Architect appointed by the Seller. 32.4 The Purchaser confirm that the Dwelling will at all times be used in accordance with the standards set out and contained in the Home Owner’s Constitutions and/or Conduct Rules. The Seller will not accept liability for damages resulting from a failure by the Purchaser to do so. 32.5 Upon receipt of the documents referred to in 31.4 above, the Purchaser shall sign the Hand Over Certificate, provided the Seller shall not be obliged to give occupation to the Purchaser if the Purchaser does not sign the Hand Over Certificate, and if the total Purchase Price has not been paid, subject to 32.3 above.

Such purchase and acceptance of electrical energy will also be subject to planned outages and unplanned outages as more fully described in Article 5 of this Contract and the Interconnection and Dispatch Contract, and will be subject to events of Force Majeure as more fully described Article 12.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. 3.1. During the first year of life, pictures of kitten should be taken and then sent to the Seller at least once per 3 month. 3.2. If the kitten was sold as a BREED or SHOW – it shall participate in exhibitions within 2 years (once - in the kitten class and once - in the junior class and then till obtaining the title of International Champion). The Seller should be informed about the results of the exhibitions. 3.3. If the Purchaser decides to resell the cat or does not want to have it any more, he/she must inform the Seller about this decision. 3.4. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to care of this kitten by providing proper love, attention, nutrition, routine veterinary care including vaccinations and immediate veterinary care for kitten showing any sign of illness or distress. The animal cannot be left without a human care for a long time, cannot be neglected or abused and shall be provided with enough attention and proper care (quality of food, special toys, timely veterinary care, vaccinations, games, limiting free access of the animal to the roadway, security windows and balconies, etc.). The Purchaser guarantees that the kitten will not be removed claws. The Purchaser also ensures that the kitten will not be abandoned to their fate, thrown into the street, will not be kept in a cage etc. and will not be euthanized without serious medically justified indications.
