Hand Over Certificate definition

Hand Over Certificate means the document issued and signed by the Purchaser, stating that the Dwelling has been completed to the satisfaction of the Architect and that it complies with the Specifications;
Hand Over Certificate means a certificate issued by the Project Manager in terms of which he certifies that the Works have been completed and is in his opinion fit for beneficial occupation subject to clause 18 relating to Practical Completion.

Hand Over Certificate means the electronic certificate populated by the SP in relation to the Hand-Over of a Unit;
Hand Over Certificate means a certificate issued by the Project Manager in terms of which he certifies that the Works have been completed and is in his opinion fit for beneficial occupation subject to clause 19 relating to Practical Completion. Hand-over Date means a date and time set after the Estimated Date of Possession as in item C of the Schedule, of which the Seller will notify the Purchaser and in terms of which notice the latter is offered the opportunity to physically inspect the Property, either personally, or by an appointed representative.   • Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.

  • Certificate re Non-Bank Status means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit F.
