Veterinary Care. Buyer will also provide the following veterinary care: (i) routine vaccinations and/or titers to prevent common infectious diseases; (ii) routine treatment for internal and external parasites; and (iii) annual examination by a licensed veterinarian.

Veterinary Care. Adopter agrees to provide the animal with the necessary vaccinations as advised by his or her veterinarian. Adopter agrees to obtain immediate veterinary care should the animal become sick or injured, follow the veterinarian’s treatment plan and take full financial responsibility for such veterinary expenses.
Veterinary Care. You agree to provide all necessary medical care to the Dog in a timely manner. You agree to keep all vaccinations current and ensure the Dog receives preventative medication to protect against fleas, ticks & heartworm. Any veterinary problems that may arise, including serious illness requiring emergency care or surgery is your responsibility and you are responsible for all related costs. All of our pets are given a thorough veterinary exam, updated vaccines, fecal test, deworming and flea treatment. They are treated for any medical needs. To the best of our knowledge, we are giving you a healthy pet unless otherwise noted.
Veterinary Care. The Dog will be examined by your licensed veterinarian within 10 days after adoption and will be provided with medical treatment as needed. You agree to keep all vaccinations current including but not limited to Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP), Bordetella, AND to ensure the Dog receives preventative medication to protect against heartworm if necessary. You agree to provide the best available care to the Dog in a timely manner. Veterinary Care. Buyer shall provide Puppy with veterinary care upon sickness, disease, or injury, and shall take it to a veterinarian at least once a year for an annual health examination and routine vaccinations.
Veterinary Care. Fair Feather Retrievers will, on a routine basis, inspect dog(s) for injury or sickness. Proper veterinary care will be sought in the case that it is deemed necessary by Fair Feather Retrievers. The client authorizes needed veterinary care by signing this contract. Client also agrees to reimburse all medical service and medicine fees. Payment of these fees will be on a monthly basis added to the monthly training fee invoice. The client must provide enough heartworm medication and flea/tick medication to last the dogs stay. Fair Feather Retrievers will administer these medications on a schedule determined by the client. Fair Feather Retrievers can provide such medications at the expense of the client, and will be added to the monthly invoice.

Veterinary Care. Lessee shall regularly inspect the Animal for symptoms of disease and sickness. In the event the Animal becomes ill, Lessee shall at once inform Lessor and, if possible, of the nature and cause of such illness and shall obtain all veterinary services, care and supplies for the Animal that are required by the best animal management practices followed in the county where the Animal is located. Lessee shall be responsible for payment of veterinary services up to a total of $ for the entire lease term. In the event the total cost of veterinary services exceeds $ during the lease term, Lessor shall be responsible for payment of services over that amount.
Veterinary Care. The Client hereby authorizes Fly-n-Gun Kennels, L.L.C. to seek veterinary or other care of the Dog, in a manner and at a location to be selected by Fly-n-Gun Kennels, L.L.C., in their sole and absolute discretion. Client shall be solely responsible for the cost of any such veterinary care or treatment incurred on-behalf of the Dog. Fly-n-Gun Kennels, L.L.C. shall not be liable to the Client for decisions it makes regarding obtaining or not obtaining veterinary care or treatment.
