RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOARD. A. The Board retains all the rights, powers and authority exercised or had by it prior to the date hereof, except as specifically limited by express provisions of this Agreement. B. This Agreement constitutes the sole and entire existing agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior practices, whether oral or written, and expresses all obligations of, and restrictions imposed on, the District and the Association except as provided by law. C. Copies of this Agreement shall be prepared at the expense of the Board and presented to all food service employees now employed or hereafter employed by the Board during the term of this Agreement. D. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any other food service employee organization other than the Association for the duration of this Agreement.
