RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOARD. A. There is reserved exclusively to the Board all responsibilities, powers, rights and authority vested in it by the laws and constitution of Michigan and the United States or which have been heretofore properly exercised by it, excepting where expressly and in specific terms limited by the provisions of this Agreement. B. It is agreed that the Board retains the rights, among others, to establish and equitably enforce reasonable rules and personnel policies relating to the duties and responsibilities of teachers and their working conditions which are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Agreement or violation of law. Board policies shall be made available for review online and through the building administrator. The Board agrees, however, to negotiate any changes in personnel policies related to hours, wages and working conditions of teachers.
